Please ensure to have valid a Real ID Driver's License, Vehicle Registration, and proof of Insurance. Any other personnel riding along with you will also need to have a valid State ID. Property is located on a Military Base; you will need to be granted base access. . All personnel involved will need to pass a background check at the Military Base Visitors Center, to be given base access. Will NOT assist with transporting/delivering/loading. Assets are sold as is, where is and without warranty. AUCTION WINNER: Hours of Operation are Mon-Fri 7am-12pm, NO EXCEPTIONS. Give advance notice and coordinate pick up, prior to showing up on site. Third Party Pick Ups: Auction Winner MUST email third party POC and sign Loadout Sheet, authorizing certain personnel to pick up their assets. CONDITION: UNKNOWN
