Tractor had to be jump started and was able to restart unassisted after video
3-point arms and draw bar are not included with this purchase.
Interior has heavy wear and some broken / missing trim, seal on sunroof looks dried out and probably leaks. paint is faded and scraped up, decals have been removed but residue remains.
Unit is equipped with loader mounts, joystick and aux valve under right side of cab.
Viewing is by appointment only and you will only be able to start the unit and operate stationary functions. NO TEST DRIVES will be allowed.
Pick-up of auction items will be by appointment only after confirmation of payment is received, and 24 hr advanced contact to set an appointment. Appointments will only be made during normal business days/ hours. Removal
Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for all loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate. Vehicle Titles will be issued at the time of removal.

Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description.
Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
