THIS LOT INCLUDES TWO (2) TOM CAT PRO FLOOR RIDE-ON SCUBBERS. BOTH UNITS WERE USED IN A SCHOOL ENVIRONMENT AND WERE REMOVED WITHIN THE PAST THREE TO FOUR MONTHS. EACH MACHINE IS ESTIMATED TO BE APPROXIMATELY TEN (10) YEARS OLD. ONE UNIT REQUIRES BATTERIES AND ADDITIONAL REPAIR PARTS WHLE THE OTHER NEEDS REPAIRS TO THE WATER RETURN MOTOR . BOTH MACHINES ARE RECOMMENDED FOR PARTS ONLY. SHOULD YOU WIN THE BID, YOU ARE OBLIGATED TO REMOVE ALL ITEMS INCLUDED IN THIS LOT. THIS SALE IS FOR THE ABOVE MENTIONED ITEMS ONLY. Payment

Payment in full is due not later than five (5) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction. Payment must be made electronically via the payment methods listed below.

TAX CALCULATION & EXEMPTIONS


TAX CALCULATION: Sale Tax, where applicable, will be calculated and added at the end of the auction.

TAX EXEMPTION: Where taxes are applicable (see the Buyer’s Certificate), Tax Exempt documents must be provided to Bidder Services at tax@govdeals.com within 24 hours of the auctions close and before payment is made. Bidders are encouraged to submit their Tax Exempt Documentation prior to the Auction’s close to expedite this process. Please contact Bidder Services for all tax exemption questions.

Removal

All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will Berkeley County School District assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. See special instructions on each auction page for removal details. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
