The buyer is responsible for all aspects of pick-up / removal, including but not limited to packing, loading, transportation, and exporting. Note: Shipping is NOT available.

Vehicles / auction items are stored at a 3rd party storage facility in partnership with GovDeals to assist in the auction and pick up process on behalf of the seller. When you are ready to pick up your vehicle / item, email govdeals@summs-skip.com or call (757) 463-7872, press 0 and ask to speak with someone in reference to picking up a vehicle or item that was sold on GovDeals.com. You are REQUIRED to give at least 24 hours notice of your arrival or the arrival of your transportation company. If possible, we also prefer you notify us when you or your transportation company are one hour away so we can get your vehicle and paperwork ready. If the registered buyer is not picking up the vehicle in person, please email the Authorization of Release attached to the auction to govdeals@summs-skip.com. Removals are by appointment only and will only occur on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 9:00 am to 11:30 am and then again from 1:00 pm to 4:00 p. All items must be picked-up / removed within 10 (ten) business days from auction closure, unless granted an extension by GovDeals or Chesapeake Fleet, VA. If any item(s) is not removed within the allotted timeframe, the item(s) may be declared abandoned.

At the time of pick-up / removal, you will be required to present the facility with a copy of your Buyer’s Certificate, bill of sale, Identification and the Authorization of Release, if applicable. All buyers are required to sign a "Conflict of Interest" form as requested by Chesapeake Fleet, VA. If you have already signed the COI form that was emailed to you, you may still be required to sign a second one at the pickup location because the storage facility does not always know if one was completed. When making a removal appointment, please confirm with the seller what is needed to release the item(s).

NOTICE: If you are the winning bidder and default by failing to adhere to this seller's terms and conditions, your account with Liquidity Services WILL BE LOCKED.
