This emergency response/patient transport vehicle is a 2018 F-350 chassis with a 2018 Horton ambulance module with a 6.7 L diesel engine with approximately 180,194 miles.
The engine compartment appears clean and free of leaks with belts and hoses intact.
This unit drives and operates as it should at both low and high speeds.
All standard lighting and emergency warning, lights work and operate as should.
This unit is also equipped with a liquid spring suspension system that works and operates as it should.
This unit is equipped with an inverter charger made by veneer.
The interior cab seats, console and dash appear to be in a good condition and does not have any rips or tears.
This unit includes an EMS action area both in the bench seat and at the jump seat.
This unit is equipped with HOPS Harness Protection for attendant. Countertops appear to be in good conditon.
All interior compartment doors operate as they should.
All electronics and Inteliplex System work and operate.
The VHF dual head radio is installed and works appropriately.
All interior lighting works and operates as it should.
The exterior of the unit is in good condition.
There are minor scrapes along the patient module.
The rear bumper has damage along with the rear under-skirting of the bumper.
The right side of the vehicles has some gouges in the paint on the ambulance module.
The rear tires appear to be in good condition, the front tires will need replacement.

This unit was apart of an Ambulance fleet that was utilized up until February 28, 2025 at which time HCATD switched their service provider to a private company who supply their own vehicle inventory. Zoll monitor and defibrillator not included.
