The engine starts and runs.
The seller reports no known mechanical issues at the time of listing. The machine was previously used for facility and grounds maintenance.
Normal cosmetic wear is present from municipal use including scratches, paint wear, and areas of surface rust.
Tires appear to be in usable condition based on visual inspection.
Hydraulic functions and operational condition beyond starting and running have not been fully tested.

Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction.
