We obtained this machine for a large project that was planned. When the machine arrived, it was found that the motor had issues. As seen in the video, it has heavy white smoke coming from the exhaust. A large amount of oil was also coming from the exhaust. New batteries were purchased less than 2 years ago. Batteries are currently dead and the machine was jumped to start. The machine starts fairly easy. Video shows all the functions for the machine work as they should. There is a leak in a hydraulic line as well and the winner will need to bring 5-10 gallons of hydraulic fluid to move the machine. With the problems that the machine has, we are unable to budget to fix it. This is the reason for the sale. I do not have any knowledge of the issues with the motor and can not answer any questions on this. You are welcome to come visit and inspect the machine. The attachment included is a Volvo HB1400.

This auction is for the excavator and the hammer attachment only. We have a separate auction for a 60 inch bucket and CAT tamper attachments that would work with this machine. 04/10/2026 06:43:11 AM

Removal

The buyer is responsible for all aspects of pick-up / removal, including but not limited to packing, loading, transportation and exporting. Note: Shipping is NOT available.
Removal is by appointment only. All items must be picked-up / removed within 10 (ten) business days from auction closure, unless otherwise stated in the asset description. If any item(s) is not removed within the allotted timeframe, the item(s) may be declared abandoned.
At the time of pick-up / removal, you will be required to present the seller with a copy of your Buyer’s Certificate and/or bill of sale, and potentially other documentation (e.g., copy of driver's license, Authorization of Release, etc). When making a removal appointment, please confirm with the seller what is needed to release the item(s).
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
