Notes about individual risers are listed below:
• Riser 1 – Excess Velcro on one side, Velcro peeling off on other side.
• Riser 2 – Velcro peeling, triangular hole/gash in top of riser, drill holes on one side, minor paint marks.
• Riser 3 – Velcro peeling, crack in plywood on the bottom of the platform, minor paint and scratch marks.
• Riser 4 – Velcro peeling, small chunk of top piece removed, drill holes, minor paint and scratch marks.
• Riser 5 – Crack in plywood on the bottom of the platform, missing bolts for leg holders, screws and plastic inserts are in some leg holders in place of bolts, minor paint and scratch marks.
• Riser 6 – Velcro peeling, consumer-welded corner, drill holes and screws in top of platform, drill holes on side, missing female coupling attachment/locking point, missing middle leg holder, missing bolts leg holders, drill holes in the middle supports, bottom of riser is painted black, minor scratch marks on top.
• Riser 7 – Velcro peeling, framing bent in one corner, minor paint and scratch marks.

The item(s) purchased may be removed by appointment only. Appointments are available Monday-Friday between the hours of 9 am - 3 pm and must be made at least 48 hours in advance. We do not have a standard height loading dock so consideration must be made to accommodate. No Assistance will be provided. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property.
All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
**If after 10 days an item(s) are not removed or arrangements agreed upon, the item will be considered forfeited and will be reposted for sale or disposed of appropriately. The Buyer will be considered in Default and will not be refunded for Buyer's Premium and may be prevented from further purchases**
