2004 John Deere 310G backhoe loader. The 310G has long been a popular choice for construction, utility, and municipal work due to its reliable design and ease of operation.
The machine shows normal wear consistent with age and use but remains a functional and capable work unit. Some dashboard buttons are missing. One known issue is that the parking brake can become stuck, preventing the machine from moving. This machine was just driven 2.2 miles on 12/29/2025 to its current location. The equipment hour usage timer is not operational, so the total number of hours on the equipment cannot be accurately verified.
