Condition: Working condition overall (motor runs and cables engage), BUT sold AS-IS due to structural damage. As pictured in the photo gallery, one of the blue vertical structural posts has a severely bent/damaged steel channel slide. This lift should be inspected by a certified lift inspector and repaired/rebuilt before being put into service.
Removal Note: Buyer is solely responsible for all labor, tools, and equipment required for the safe disassembly, loading, and removal of this unit from the facility PRIOR to July 4, 2026.

Removal
We are a school and we are only available M-Th 7:00a-4:00p EST (unless it's a holiday). You will need to schedule your pickup and removal between these hours. Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, INCLUDING PACKING, LOADING, AND TRANSPORTATION of the property. NO ASSISTANCE WILL BE PROVIDED. WE DO NOT SHIP! A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
