Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance (909) 203-0548. Monday - Thursday from 9am - 2 pm. All items must be removed within 5 (five) days including pay date from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.

Please note that the County releases all ownership and responsibility for all items once items leave the County facility by any/all means including but not limited to pick up by buyer or buyer representative or shipping company. The County and GovDeals neither endorse nor accept responsibility or liability for lost shipments, lost profits, damage to the property or any other claims or damages arising from buyer’s pick up or use of a third party shipping company.

Removal is available Monday-Wednesday by appointment only. Weekend removal is NOT available If using third party transporter, please make them aware of our removal hours and procedures. Third party transporters must have copy of buyers certificate for vehicle to be released.

Appointments for removal must be made at least 24 hours in advance. If no appointment is made, vehicle will not be released.

Guaranty Waiver. All property is offered for sale 'AS IS, WHERE IS.' Orange County Vehicles, CA makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale.

Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.

Diesel Trucks & Buses:

An on-road heavy-duty diesel or alternative-diesel vehicle operated in California may be subject to the California Air Resources Board Regulation to Reduce Particulate Matter and Criteria Pollutant Emissions from In-Use Heavy-Duty Diesel Vehicles. It, therefore, could be subject to exhaust retrofit or accelerated turnover requirements to reduce emissions of air pollutants. All Passenger Vehicles:

This agency does NOT provide SMOG CERTIFICATION or EMISSIONS RETROFIT. All smog related repairs and certifications for vehicles are the sole responsibility of the buyer as outlined in California Vehicle Code, Division 12, Section 24007.5.
