This equipment is not operable and needs repair. This was maintained every 200 hours.
Engine starts and runs, Hydraulics (Drive/Aux) are not operable, possible hydraulic pump failure, 60 HP Perkins diesel engine, Enclosed cab with wiper/heat, unit has 1339 hours. Primarily used for snow and ice operations and was serviced every 200 hrs. Includes 67” bucket attachment, Removed from service 2/1/26

Did the hydraulics fail instantly all at once, or did the machine slowly lose power and speed over time? Did you pull the hydraulic filter, or did you notice any metallic shimmer in the hydraulic fluids? Checks shall be made payable to: City of Shaker Heights TAX EXEMPTION TAX EXEMPTION: Where taxes are applicable (see the Buyer’s Certificate), Tax Exempt documents must be provided to this seller within 24 hours of the auctions close and before payment is made. Removal
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
