The Port of Houston is offering, to the winning bidder, a 2004 Scotchman 6509-24M Iron Worker. The safety guides need to be replaced and the sheer blade is bent. The 2004 Scotchman 6509-24M Iron Worker is sold "as is" with no warranty. The winning bidder would be required to make COMPLETE arrangements to load and transport the 2004 Scotchman 6509-24M Iron Worker with their own manpower and equipment. If you are using a third party to handle this action, please ensure ALL of these requirements meet our needs and expectations. Please review the attached pictures for additional details. Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.

A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
