2001 Mazak Super Quick Turn 250M & SMW Bar Feeder Space Saver 2000– S/N: 150492.
Over the last five years or so, we have spent approximately $100k in parts and labor for the following:
1. The turret was rebuilt by Magnum Precision
2. The display screen and boards had to be updated due to it shorting out
3. The servo, safety board, tool eye, hydraulic solenoids, drive gears, proximity switches have all been replaced.
4. We have dispatched CMM machinery to set the timing on the machine twice
5. Magnum Precision will no longer work on this machine due to the diminishing return given by maintenance of the machine.
6. Mazak is well aware of the issues this machine continues to have.
Included is SMW Bar feeder Space Saver 2000 – Equipment is in poor condition and is in need of major overhaul before it can be used. We have not been able to use as a bar feeder for over 12 years. It needs a few components so it can run properly (the parts are from the Czech Republic).
Equipment has been used to run fluoropolymers.
Buyers are responsible for the loading and shipping of all assets. All buyers must sign and return the Parker Hannifin terms and conditions before the removal of any asset. Buyer is responsible for removal. No assistance will be provided at site. Condition: Poor Parts/Material
Inspection

Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
