TAX CALCULATION & EXEMPTIONS
TAX CALCULATION: Sale Tax, where applicable, will be calculated and added at the end of the auction.
TAX EXEMPTION: Where taxes are applicable (see the Buyer's Certificate), Tax Exempt documents must be provided to GovDeals Bidder Services at tax@govdeals.com within 24 hours of the auctions close and before payment is made. Bidders are encouraged to submit their Tax Exempt Documentation prior to the Auction's close to expedite this process. Please contact GovDeals Bidder Services for all tax exemption questions.
Failure to pay items within allocated time will result in GovDeals to lockout your account for future bidding.
Removal
Pickup day and times will be by appointment only. Pickup days for this auction is Tuesday 04/21/2026 and Thursday 04/23/2026 from 1 to 3 pm following the closing of the auction. Note only two days to pick up assets but by appointment only. Appointments must be made at least by the end of the auction ending. All items must be removed within from the time and date of appointment. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Property Control will set up a table. All small items will be placed on table and be picked up by buyer or representative. For bulky or oversize items that may require use of forklift, a waiver will be required and signed by buyer or representative for assistance.

We do not ship or pack items. If shipping is desired, please contact local UPS Store #0271 at 915-595-2959, email store0271@theupsstore.com Att. Natalie Carbajal must mention ELPASOWATER or GovDeals or local shipping company for shipping and packaging at owner's expense. Please email authorization of company picking up items with bill of sale included for this service.

El Paso Water, TX makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.
Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
