This item can be inspected by appointment only Monday-Friday 7:00 am – 2:00 pm. All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS", with no warranty expressed, written or implied. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the item before bidding. Major or minor defects may or may not be noted. Other defects may exist and it is YOUR responsibility to verify the functional ability of each item listed. No warranties; sales are final and items are purchased "AS IS".

Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.

Item pick up is by appointment only Monday – Friday 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM. All aspects of the removal of the property is the sole responsibility of the buyer.All items must be removed from the facility at purchasers’ sole cost and risk. At no time will Village of Libertyville staff or equipment be expected to assist in loading, starting or moving items from the facility. Purchaser will accept any and all liabilities for damages to persons or property while removing items purchased.
