This auction is for a pair of Nu-Vu Commercial Convection Stainless Steel oven.
The City is offering for sale Nu-Vu commercial convection ovens that have been in service for approximately 20+ years. These units were used in a concessions stand food service environment and show normal signs of wear consistent with age and use.

Condition:
These ovens were operational at the time of removal but have not been tested since being taken out of service. They are being sold as-is, where-is, with no warranties expressed or implied. Cosmetic wear, scratches, discoloration, and general signs of long-term use are present.

Inspection is by appointment only. ******WE DO NOT SHIP ITEMS******** Item must be picked up at the Lodge Des Peres, 1050 Des Peres Road, Des Peres, MO 63131. Must give 24 hours notice before item is picked up.

Removal
REMOVAL: Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
