Some equipment is very bulky and heavy and may require some disassembly to remove. Please
research the equipment you are bidding on so you can be sure to have the necessary tools, personnel, and
vehicle/trailer to safely remove the equipment from its location in a timely manner.
Unless otherwise stated, we do not provide lifting/loading services, so buyers arriving without adequate and
functional equipment to SAFELY remove the items from a facility will be held in default of the auction.
Please TEXT (478)508-9468 at least 24 hours in advance for pickup/removal instructions and pickup address
verification. Pick up will be available Monday -Thursday and must be completed between the hours of:
8:00 am-3:00 pm.
If a buyer arrives without scheduling in advance, there is no guarantee that there will be access to the
equipment.
Bibb County School District will under no circumstances prepare items for shipping or schedule after hour
removal appointments.

Payment
Payment. Payment in full is due not later than 5 business days from the time and date of the Buyers Certificate. Payment must be made electronically through the GovDeals Website. Acceptable forms of payment are: · PayPal · Wire Transfer · Visa · MasterCard · American Express · Discover PayPal and Credit Card purchases are limited to below $5,000.00. If the winning bid plus applicable taxes, if any indicated, and the buyer's premium, equals more than $4,999.99, PayPal and Credit Cards may not be used. If Wire Transfer is chosen, a Wire Transfer Transaction Summary page will provide payment and account information. The Wire Transfer must be completed within 5 days.
Removal
Property may be removed Monday-Thursday. Removal must be COMPLETED between the hours of 8:00 am -3:00 pm. For large lots, buyers must arrive early enough to have all items removed before 3:00 pm. Removal will be by APPOINTMENT ONLY and appointments must be made by email at least 24 hours in advance to schedule and get the address to where the asset is located. We will not accept verbal appointments. Bibb County School District will under no circumstances prepare items for shipping or schedule after hour removal appointments. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
