It will start but has a charging issue and needs jumped.
The exterior of the truck has a lot of wear and rust.
The dump bed brackets are rusted and in poor shape.
The bed needs fixed to be useable.
As is, the tires are in fair condition.
It is your responsibility to be prepared at pickup for removal.
