Condition:
All three ATVs are in rough cosmetic and mechanical condition. The plastics are heavily faded, the seats are torn, and all tires should be considered in need of replacement.
The Honda Rincon 650 ran well when it was delivered to our lot June 9th, 2021; however, it has not been started or operated since that time.
The operational condition of both Polaris Sportsman 500 ATVs is unknown. It is unknown whether they run or drive, and they have also been sitting since June 9th, 2021.
These ATVs are military surplus units and are being sold as non-running, with unknown mechanical condition. Buyers should assume that repairs and servicing will be required before any attempt is made to operate them. No representation is made that any of the ATVs will start, run, or be road- or trail-worthy. It is strongly recommended that you inspect these Atv's before placing a bid.

SALES TAX

Removal
ONCE THE ITEM HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THE SELLER’S LOCATION; ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of the close of the auction. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No assistance will be provided.
A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
