It was maintained by the local county government maintenance and I was told that it was operational at the time it was last used in 2024-2025 mowing season. 08/08/2026 18:01:51 PM

The battery is currently disconnected, but our local tractor expert for the town stated he had no issues starting it last when it was last used in 2025. Tires are fair to good. It has been housed in a local government shed mostly out of elements until recently. 08/08/2026 18:03:53 PM

Removal
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
