Sale is restricted to FFL dealers only. Buyer must provide a valid FFL license prior to pickup or transfer.
No direct shipping offered by the seller. If shipping is desired, (Buyer) must arrange pickup or transfer through a licensed FFL dealer at their own expense. If the buyer wishes to have the items shipped, they must coordinate with their chosen FFL to handle all transfer logistics and shipping arrangements. No assistance will be provided by the seller in this matter.
Local pickup is encouraged.
Items will not be released to any individual or entity without proper FFL documentation. All federal, state, and local firearm laws apply.

This auction is for one (1) Cobra CB9 9mm semi-automatic pistol featuring a chrome finish and wood grip panels. Compact design with break/open access for inspection as shown in photos.
Used — fair cosmetic condition. Chrome finish and grip panels show handling wear and light surface marks consistent with age and use. Mechanical and functional condition have not been tested by the seller. There may be minor surface discoloration near moving parts. Sold AS-IS, with no warranties expressed or implied.
Buyer should have the firearm inspected and serviced by a qualified gunsmith prior to use. Confirm caliber and mechanical condition before attempting to fire.
Sold as-is, where-is. Buyer responsible for all transfer/transport costs and any required permits or documentation. Seller makes no guarantee as to function, safety, or accuracy.

PAYMENT

SALES TAX
When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.If you are seeking sales tax exemption, you must complete Liquidity Services’ tax exemption form(s). Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Please confirm all appointments via phone call and you must speak with personnel from the Support Division prior to showing up.
Walk-in pickups will not be honored.
Removal of property is Monday through Thursday, between the hours of 08:00 - 12:00 and 13:00 - 16:00.
Friday and weekend pickup is not available at this time.
All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
At the time of removal, the Buyer or Buyer’s Agent must present the Buyer’s Certificate and proper identification. If a Buyer’s Agent is collecting and removing the property for the Buyer, authorization from the Buyer’s GovDeals email address must be sent to the Seller, prior to removal.

Shipping is possible, for certain items, with a Pre-Paid Shipping label. Please contact Seller about possible shipping, before bidding on the item. Buyer is responsible for purchasing the label. Seller will provide dimensions and weight of package for the Buyer. A Pre-Paid Shipping Label Waiver and Bill of Sale must be filled out by the buyer and returned to Seller, prior to shipping the item.
