This auction is for a metal filing cabinets. They do not come with a key. First one measures 15"x27.5"x27.5"
Items offered for sale may contain additional defects not immediately detectable. Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding.
Inspection is by appointment only. ******WE DO NOT SHIP ITEMS******** Item must be picked up at the Des Peres City Hall, 12325 Manchester Road, Des Peres, MO 63131. Must give 24 hours notice before item is picked up. We cannot help move the cabinet. Please bring enough help and equipment to move the cabinet to the vehicle you will transport it.
Payment in full is due not later than five (5) business days from the time and date of the Buyer’s Certificate.

Removal
REMOVAL: Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
