Payment
Payment in full is due not later than 5 business days from the time and date of the Buyer’s Certificate. Acceptable forms of payment are: U. S. Currency, Certified Cashiers Check, Money Order, Checks shall be made payable to: City of Lilburn, We Do Not Accept Credit Cards or Wire Transfers
Removal
All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will need to travel to 340 Main St. Lilburn GA 30047. Go to the City of Lilburn city hall office for signing of bill of sale. The buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Property may be removed between the hours of 9:00a.m. and 2:00p.m., Monday through Thursday, excluding legal holidays. Removal of items is by appointment only.
