Removal
PLEASE CALL 24 HOURS, IN ADVANCE, TO SCHEDULE A TIME FOR PICK-UP! All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Property may be removed between the hours of 8am - 3:30pm, Monday through Friday, Excluding county holidays, by contacting the Facilities Management Office at (740) 833-2280 to verify the location will be open when you plans to arrive. SUCCESSFUL BIDDERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOADING AND REMOVAL. All property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate must be removed. The Buyer shall make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of all property. Under no circumstances will Delaware County assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business. NOTE: ONCE THE ITEM HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THE SELLERS LOCATION; ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
