Used/See Description
Item is sold “AS IS, WHERE IS”. A test device that was used as a pressure testing apparatus with water as the fluid. This unit includes a 20 HP motor and controller, a high-pressure water pump, and various other components. It is unknown whether these components are functional, as the system has been in storage for 15+ years. The successful bidder will be notified via email, usually on the following business day. Pick-up times are between 8:30 am and 4:00 pm CST Monday through Friday. A copy of the payment receipt is required for pick up. Online payment is required no later than three (3) business days after the sale. Items must be removed within 10 business days after the award. Items must be paid for by credit card online before pick up. Items not paid for within 10 days will be relisted, and the bidder will be blocked from further auctions. Interested bidders can view items by calling Dana Hale at 931-393-7312. UTSI WILL NOT SHIP.
Government
Inspection is recommended. Electronics can NOT be plugged in or taken apart at time of inspection, NO EXCEPTIONS. When you arrive, go into the office to be allowed entrance to the warehouse for viewing. Hours are Monday-Friday 8am-4:00pm.
PAYMENT
If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.
Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure.
SALES TAX
When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.
If you are seeking sales tax exemption, you must complete Liquidity Services’ tax exemption form(s). We recommend doing this prior to the auction’s closure or before making payment. To do so, please visit Liquidity Services' Tax Exemption Submission Tool.
PLEASE NOTE FOR REMOVALS: Appointments are required. You must e-mail dhale@utsi.edu with a day and time to schedule an appointment for pickup. Appointments are required, you will not be able to pick up property without an appointment.
Appointments for pickup are Monday through Friday 8am-4pm. A signed Bill of Sale and copy of your ID must be received by Surplus prior to scheduling an appointment.

All auctions are sold "where-is-as-is" with no warranty or guarantee expressed or implied, some items may be missing parts or pieces.
Payment & pick-up is due no later than 5 days after auction closes. Winning bidder is responsible for all cost associated with removal.
The University will not pack or ship any item and reserves the right to reject any and all bids. We also reserve the right to remove any item from auction at any time, for university purposes.
