Removal
PICKUP/REMOVAL: Pickup/Removal is by Appointment Only and all items must be removed within ten (10) calendar days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Please contact Christopher Blount by phone: (704) 296-4292 or e-mail: christopher.blount@unioncountync.gov to schedule PICKUP/REMOVAL. Appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 calendar days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate. ***Items left on Union County property over 30 days will be considered abandoned by the winning bidder and disposed of by Union County.*** UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL UNION COUNTY ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR PACKING, LOADING OR SHIPPING. BUYER SHALL MAKE ALL ARRANGEMENTS AND PERFORM ALL WORK NECESSARY INCLUDING PACKING, LOADING AND REMOVAL OF ANY AND ALL ITEMS AWARDED TO THEM.
