Commercial 2 Door Freezer Item will need be picked up on campus. Buyer will need to make an appointment to pick up item. Buyer should plan to preview item and building prior to pickup. Buyer is responsible for----dismantle, transport, and disconnection to power of item. Under this contract, they are/are being sold 'as is' and are not represented as mechanically sound or maintained at any guaranteed quality level. The asset may not be fit for use and may require substantial repairs at the buyer's expense. All item(s) must be picked up within ten business days from the end of the auction date. Item(s) not picked up after ten business days will be relisted, and buyer(s) will receive a refund for the item(s). The buyer(s) are responsible for all shipping and scheduling pick-ups. Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects that are not immediately detectable. The asset(s) are sold as is. Please email adduncan@bsu.edu to schedule a pick-up. You must schedule your pick and give a 24-hour notice, and all pick-ups must be scheduled; otherwise, the buyer (s) will be turned away. Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
