Starts and runs. There are various dents and scratches all over the body, not too bad, however. Interior is pretty worn, please see pictures. We recently installed a seat cover, but be aware that seat underneath is torn up.... Buyer must be able to pick up and transport on their own as no manpower will be available to assist. Must pick up at Bothell Operations Center after MAKING AN APPOINTMENT.
