PAYMENT

If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.

SALES TAX

Removal


ONCE THE ITEM HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THE SELLER’S LOCATION; ALL SALES ARE FINAL.



All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. For safety reasons, we recommend that vehicles are towed off property.



A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.



Note: If you are the Winning Bidder, Please call or email the Asset Contact Person 24-hours in advance to schedule an appointment to pick up the property. Emails and Voicemails alone DO NOT suffice. Pick-up times are only available Monday thru Friday, 8:30am to 3:30pm (Central Time). We are currently unable to release vehicles outside of these times! At time of pick up, a copy of the Buyer’s Certificate, the Buyer’s Driver’s License AND the Driver’s License of the person picking up the vehicle (if different from the Buyer) is needed. Additionally, if the buyer is not picking up the vehicle, an Authorization of Release will need to be filled out by the Buyer and provided as well prior to scheduling a pick up time. Drivers of vehicles off property must have a valid driver’s license and the proper endorsement(s) for class/type of vehicle (if required) prior to taking possession.
