Inspection shall be on the FRIDAY before the auction ends from 10 AM to 2 PM. Unless the Friday falls on a national holiday, then it will be noted on another date TBD. The inspection / Sale lot location is City of Cincinnati Fleet Services 1106 Bates Avenue Cincinnati Ohio 45225. Nearest intersection is Bates and Central parkway. Follow the Auction signs to the Lower lot behind 1106 Bates to the sale lot. Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding. WORKING CONDITIONS & COMPLETENESS OF ITEMS ARE UNKNOWN UNLESS STATED OTHERWISE - WE ENCOURAGE ALL BIDDERS TO INSPECT ITEMS PRIOR TO BIDDING.

Vehicles and equipment will be paid for at Gov Deals. Bidders can Pick up items at Fleet Services starting on the day that the auctions close from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm, Eastern Standard time, and any day OTHER THAN WEEKENDS and NATIONAL HOLIDAYS, Monday thru Friday 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Eastern Standard Time. There will be NO pickup on December 25th or 26th. Paperwork is to be submitted at the rear corner office in the Taxi inspection office marked Visitors Entrance at 1106 Bates. Bidders have ten (10) business days to pay for and picked up items. Items Paid and not picked up after 10 business days will be charged a storage fee at the rate of $10.00 per day. Paid Vehicles and equipment will not be stored longer than 30 days from the closing date of the auction and items will be Re-auctioned, and the defaulting bidders account will be locked out by Gov Deals.

All Buyers that will have a third-party removal the item must include this Authorization of Release and a copy of their photo ID with their payment OR emailed to, fleet.auction@cincinnati-oh.gov . Items will not be released to third parties until the form and copy of ID are received.
