All property is offered for sale “AS IS, WHERE IS.”Cape May County Technical School District, NJ (Seller) makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale.
Under no circumstances will CMCTSD assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. Property may only be removed between the hours of 8:00a.m. and 1:00p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays. All items must be removed within 10 business days or a $10 daily storage fee will be charged.
