Up for auction we have an Allsteel Acuity Task Chair. A vision of comfort and style, Acuity is a task chair that enhances any environment and any body. Allsteel's objective was to build an ergonomically correct chair to instantly and comfortably fit every user regardless of body type. In essence, a chair that adapts to you, not the other way around.

Provides a perfect Fit-to-body by moving the seat up, down, and back and forth with just the touch of a fingertip.
The Chairs wheels work properly and roll smoothly. The Chair rotates 360 degrees. The Chair raises up and down properly. The recline button allows the Chair to lean back or lock in the upright position correctly. The armrests adjust up and down properly. There are some scuffs on the seat of the Chair, but it is in good condition overall. The Chair may show other cosmetic wear such as scrapes and scuffs. Please reference included photos for more details. This item is being sold AS IS.

Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. After paying for your auction you can make your make your appointment by going to our bidder porthole and registering with our system. You will then have access to our calendar where you can make your appointment, Hours of pickup are Monday-Friday 8am to 3pm. (close for lunch from 12pm to 12:30pm) We are closed on all University Holidays.
Items will not be released if buyer fails to make an appointment.
All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Pallets or containers that items are on or in are not included. No Assistance will be provided. Any item left after the 10 day limit will be relisted, buyers will be subject to GovDeals policies.
Purchaser is solely responsible for the loading and transportation.
The University disclaims all liability for injury or property damage associated with this purchase.
The University of Iowa Surplus Department does not provide or prepare items for shipping (except for certain clothing items) however there are local companies that will prepare and ship items from our location.
If items are shipped at your request by paying for the shipping you are agreeing that assets are sold as is, where is and without warranty. Once the asset is removed from the seller's premises there is no refund of monies previously paid.
If you are contracting with a freight company,
DO NOT LIST UI SURPLUS AS THE SHIPPER.
You must list yourself (the buyer) as the shipper (we would be considered the destination).
Any bill of ladings with The University of Iowa or our staff members as the shipper will be denied. ALL T-FORCE SHIPMENTS WILL HAVE TO BE BE SCHDULED THROUGH THE LOCAL UPS STORE OR WILL BE DENIED
