Up for auction we have a Monsoon Acutronic III Jet Ventilator. The Jet Ventilator features an integrated humidification and heating system for jet gas. Humidification is automatically adjusted according to the actual minute volume delivered to each patient. This unit also includes a detachable 9" screen so that the Anesthesiologist is able to move themselves away from the confined space around the surgical procedure. The GUI is color touch screen.

High-frequency ventilation: Delivers breathing at a rapid rate.
Integrated Humidification and Heating System: Automatically adjusts to the patient's delivered minute volume, allowing for extended application duration.
Detachable 9" Color Touch Screen Display: Shows patient parameters, graphical waveforms, pressure levels and limits for easy monitoring and adjustment by the anesthesiologist.
Delivered Tidal Volume and Minute Volume Display: Displays these parameters for effective ventilation management.
Adjustable bypass flow: Enables pre-oxygenation before surgery and auxiliary ventilation.
Microprocessor controlled: Improves safety and reliability.
Integrated safety with alarm and stop functions: Features include power failure alarms, system failure alarms, gas supply failure alarms, and FiO2 alarms for safety.
Continuous, adjustable bypass with conditioned air: Useful for entrainment applications.
Integrated oxygen sensor and blender: Allows concentrations between 21% and 100% oxygen with rapid adjustments and alarm if selected FiO2 cannot be reached.
This unit was powered ON, but no further testing could be completed. The wheels on the cart roll properly. Item may have cosmetic wear such as scratches, scuffs, and labels. Please reference included photos and manufactures website for more details. This item is being sold AS IS.

Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. After paying for your auction you can make your make your appointment by going to our bidder porthole and registering with our system. You will then have access to our calendar where you can make your appointment, Hours of pickup are Monday-Friday 8am to 3pm. (close for lunch from 12pm to 12:30pm) We are closed on all University Holidays.
Items will not be released if buyer fails to make an appointment.
All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Pallets or containers that items are on or in are not included. No Assistance will be provided. Any item left after the 10 day limit will be relisted, buyers will be subject to GovDeals policies.
Purchaser is solely responsible for the loading and transportation.
The University disclaims all liability for injury or property damage associated with this purchase.
The University of Iowa Surplus Department does not provide or prepare items for shipping (except for certain clothing items) however there are local companies that will prepare and ship items from our location.
If items are shipped at your request by paying for the shipping you are agreeing that assets are sold as is, where is and without warranty. Once the asset is removed from the seller's premises there is no refund of monies previously paid.
If you are contracting with a freight company,
DO NOT LIST UI SURPLUS AS THE SHIPPER.
You must list yourself (the buyer) as the shipper (we would be considered the destination).
Any bill of ladings with The University of Iowa or our staff members as the shipper will be denied. ALL T-FORCE SHIPMENTS WILL HAVE TO BE BE SCHDULED THROUGH THE LOCAL UPS STORE OR WILL BE DENIED
