UTILITY VEHICLE:
OVERALL THIS UTILITY VEHICLE RUNS WELL AND DRIVES BUT THE GEARS NEED TO BE CHANGED MANUALLY AT THE TRANSMISSION DUE TO A LINKAGE OR SHIFTER PROBLEM. THE ENGINE RUNS GOOD WITH NO ISSUES. THE VEHICLE STEERS WELL BUT THE LEFT FRONT WHEEL BEARING IS LOOSE AND THE LR SHOCK IS LEAKING. THE BODY HAS SCRATCHES AND A CRACK IN THE PASSENGER SIDE LOWER DOOR PANEL. THE BED RACK AND RADIATOR VENT ARE RUSTY. THE UNDERBODY IS VERY RUSTED AND THE FRAMING FOR THE LOWER SIDE PANELS HAVE SOME ROTTING. THE FRAME IS ALSO VERY RUSTED AND THE FRONT OF BOTH SIDES HAVE SOME HOLES RUSTED THROUGH. THE ROTORS ARE RUSTED AND THE BRAKE PADS WILL NEED REPLACED. THE BRAKE LINES ARE IN GOOD CONDITION. TIRES ARE GOOD WITH TREAD MEASURING 10/32NDS. ALL GLASS IS INTACT WITH NO CRACKS OR BREAKS. ALL LIGHTS ARE OPERABLE. THE INTERIOR IS GOOD BUT DOES HAVE A CRACKED GAUGE CLUSTER. VEHICLE COMES EQUIPPED WITH HEAT, FRONT BUCKET, PLOW, AND PLOW MOUNT. PTO SHAFT INCLUDED BUT IS CURRENTLY REMOVED AND PTO CLUTCH IS UNPLUGGED DUE TO LACK OF NEED. VEHICLE IS HYDROSTATIC, 3 CYL, AND USES DIESEL FUEL.
BUCKET:
OVERALL THE BUCKET IS IN GOOD MECHANICAL CONDITION. IT HAS SOME SURFACE RUST BUT IS SOLID AND THE MOUNTING FRAME IS IN GOOD CONDITION.
PLOW:
OVERALL THE PLOW IS IN GOOD MECHANICAL CONDITION AND WORKS WITH NO ISSUES. IT HAS SOME SURFACE RUST AND A FEW DENTS BUT ALL HYDRAULICS WORK AND THE HOSES ARE IN GOOD CONDITION. THE PLOW FRAME ALSO HAS SOME SURFACE RUST BUT IS STILL SOLID.

SALES TAX

Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within five (5) business days from the time and date of payment. After this period, the buyer loses the right to the item, the buyer will be blocked from future purchases and the item will be reposted. PLEASE DO NOT BID IF YOU CANNOT PICKUP IN FIVE BUSINESS DAYS!
Campus services are closed after 3pm ET on weekdays. Plus all weekends and major holidays. Pickup must be arranged during normal operating hours.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided.

Guaranty Waiver. All property is offered for sale “AS IS, WHERE IS.” Kent State University, OH makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.
Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
