Description:1995 Chevy S10. Will start with a jump(needs new battery), Truck has holes in the body, frame and muffler, tires are dry rotted and the interior is in poor condition. This truck will not pass state inspection and is not road worthy and will need to be towed.
Repairs:
This vehicle was maintained every 5000 miles.
Date removed from service was on 3/11/25 maintenance records are NOT available.
Transmission is automatic. Reverse is out.

Exterior: Blue, with dings dents, scratches and rust.
Interior: Grey, poor condition.
Buyer MUST be 18 or older and MUST have a VALID U.S driver’s license to purchase or pickup anything from
West Virginia State Agency for Surplus Property.
All vehicles MUST be TOWED / HAULED off the property OR it is required to have a ONE-WAY PERMIT or registration for the vehicle before the vehicle is removed from the property. Once the buyer is given the title, every day after that if it is not picked up it is a $25 storage fee.

Removal
The Buyer’s Certificate serves as Proof-of-Purchase and must be presented at the time of item removal.** If using a 3rd-Party agent; Buyer must provide agent with a faxed copy including their signed authorization to release their items. Buyer must notify Seller if using a Third-Party Agent.
Anyone picking up an item must have the Buyer's Certificate in hand. After WVSASP receives confirmation that the buyer has paid, WVSASP will e-mail the buyer a copy of the Bill of Sale with instructions for removing the item. Items will not be released to anyone other than the winning bidder unless prior arrangements have been made with WVSASP. The prior arrangements must be e-mailed to the contact below from the e-mail address that is on file for the winning bidder.
Special Instructions
Guaranty Waiver. All property is offered for sale “AS IS, WHERE IS.” The West Virginia State Agency for Surplus makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.
Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for mis-description must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
