Condition:
Piano is used and shows scratches, dents, and other marks from prior use. Please review photos carefully for cosmetic condition. Piano has not been professionally tested. Pressing the keys does appear to function properly; however, the piano may need tuning or servicing. We have no means to fully verify or guarantee that the piano is in complete working order. This Piano was retired from previous service at Baker Center at Ohio University. Additional unknown issues may be present. Includes piano, stool, and any items shown in the photos.

Inspection and Pickup:
• Inspection is highly encouraged prior to bidding.
• Pickup is by appointment only. Pickup can also be during store hours, 10am–2pm Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (please contact us prior to pickup so that paperwork can be arranged).
• Buyer is responsible for all loading, moving, and transportation arrangements.
All sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be offered.

Removal
BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR REMOVING ALL ITEMS INCLUDED IN THIS AUCTION. BUYER MAY NOT PICK AND CHOOSE WHICH ITEMS FROM THE AUCTION TO REMOVE.
Property is to be removed BY APPOINTMENT ONLY!! Appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Due to current situations, unscheduled walk-ins are not permitted. Please make sure you have a scheduled appointment before arriving. Appointments can be made by email to movingandsurplus@ohio.edu
Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. NO ASSISTANCE WILL BE PROVIDED.
