The machine appears to be a manual tool-and-cutter grinder or similar precision metalworking grinder. Visible features include an adjustable grinding head, grinding wheel guard, T-slotted worktable, longitudinal table adjustment, multiple handwheel controls, and a heavy enclosed cabinet/base. It is currently positioned on a wooden pallet.

The exact machine model and electrical requirements could not be read with certainty. Tooling, workholding fixtures, manuals, wheel dressers, guards, and other accessories are not included unless visible in the photographs.
Condition: Used and not tested. The machine has not been powered on or operated by Ohio University Moving and Surplus. The condition of the motor, bearings, spindle, grinding wheel, table movement, controls, wiring, and internal components is unknown. The unit shows accumulated dust, finish wear, oxidation, and surface corrosion consistent with age and storage. It may require cleaning, servicing, repair, or replacement parts.
Sale and removal terms: Sold as-is, where-is, with no warranties or guarantees. Pickup is available Tuesday through Thursday between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. by appointment. The grinder is located on a loading dock. The successful buyer must furnish all labor, tools, rigging, lifting equipment, vehicle, and assistance necessary for safe loading and removal. University personnel will not load, dismantle, secure, or rig the equipment.
Inspection before bidding is strongly encouraged. The buyer should verify the model, voltage, phase, dimensions, weight, included components, and loading requirements.

Removal

Property is to be removed BY APPOINTMENT ONLY!! Appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Due to current situations, unscheduled walk-ins are not permitted. Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. NO ASSISTANCE WILL BE PROVIDED.

Guaranty Waiver. All property is offered for sale 'AS IS, WHERE IS.' Ohio University makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.
Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
