READ CAREFULLY: This vehicle was towed from public property under the Abandoned Vehicle Code of the City of Danville, VA. There is no key. IT IS BEING SOLD WITHOUT A TITLE. You will receive a DMV form VSA 40 and the Abandoned Vehicle Record Request Receipt. According to the DMVNOW website, these forms should allow you to receive a title, but, I highly recommend you visit DMVNOW.com for the information on selling/buying an abandoned vehicle.

Removal
All items must be removed within ten (10) days from the date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. One (1) days notice will be given to the seller for pickup of item(s). All property except Inoperable or Abandoned vehicles may be removed between the hours of 9:00am - 4:00pm, Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays. Inoperable or Abandoned vehicles may be removed between the hours of 9:00am - 2:00pm, Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays. Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping of all item(s). IF NO CONTACT IS MADE WITH THE SELLER WITHIN SIX (6) DAYS AFTER ISSUANCE OF THE BUYERS CERTIFICATE OR IF THE ITEM(S) ARE NOT PICKED UP IN FOURTEEN (14) DAYS AFTER ISSUANCE OF THE BUYERS CERTIFICATE AND/OR PAYMENT OF THE ITEM, THE ITEM(S) MAY BE RESOLD AND NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN TO THE PURCHASER.
