Pullman Ermator, T10000, HEPA Vacuums (2) each Ermator T10000 (often sold as Husqvarna/Ermator T10000) is a heavy-duty, powerful industrial dust extractor used in construction, concrete grinding, polishing, and abatement for capturing fine, hazardous dust, featuring a cyclone system, large filter capacity with HEPA filters, and a unique Longopac system for dust-free bagging, designed for high-performance, continuous operation with large grinders. When used in tandem with the C5500, the 480Volt T10000 represents the most powerful HEPA Dust Extractor / Pre-separator used worldwide in the concrete grinding and polishing market.

(1 each) Nilfisck, 137 CFM 120V, Hazardous Dust Industrial Vacuum (Used for training only). Power cords and hoses are also included. (see attached pictures).

SALES TAX

Removal
ONCE THE ITEM HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THE SELLER’S LOCATION; ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.

Claims indemnified hereunder shall specifically include, but not be limited to, any claims relating to bodily injury, sickness, disease or death and/or to injury to or destruction of property, including the loss of use thereof, and any claims related to environmental issues or claims associated with the transportation of equipment. Such obligation shall not be construed to negate, abridge or otherwise reduce any other right or obligation of indemnity which would otherwise exist for the benefit of PACRO.
