2007 Dodge Charger PPV police package with a 5.7L V8. The vehicle starts, runs, and drives. The ABS light comes on intermittently. The A/C blows cold, and the transmission shifts normally. Graphics were removed and impressions may remain. it has holes in the interior and exterior from emergency equipment. Interior shows normal wear and tear due to the age of the vehicle.
The rear seat is not included; a prisoner transport seat is currently installed. The vehicle has 86,813 miles and was primarily driven short distances throughout its life. It has been used for training over the past year.
Buyers are encouraged to inspect the vehicle prior to purchase to verify condition and details. Vehicle is sold as is and must be picked up within 10 days no exceptions.

Removal
All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will the Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. See special instructions on each auction page for removal details. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
