PAYMENT
If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.Note:
1. Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure.

Removal
All items must be removed within ten (10) days from the date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. One (1) days notice will be given to the seller for pickup of item(s). All property except Inoperable or Abandoned vehicles may be removed between the hours of 9:00am - 4:00pm, Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays. Inoperable or Abandoned vehicles may be removed between the hours of 9:00am - 2:00pm, Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays. Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping of all item(s). IF NO CONTACT IS MADE WITH THE SELLER WITHIN SIX (6) DAYS AFTER ISSUANCE OF THE BUYERS CERTIFICATE OR IF THE ITEM(S) ARE NOT PICKED UP IN FOURTEEN (14) DAYS AFTER ISSUANCE OF THE BUYERS CERTIFICATE AND/OR PAYMENT OF THE ITEM, THE ITEM(S) MAY BE RESOLD AND NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN TO THE PURCHASER.
