can you tell me if the panels are material on the exterior...and what is the material inside of the panel frame. For example is it wood, metal or insulation of some sort? Im interested in several of these. How long will I have to remove the cubicles? Is this on ground floor? Is it easy access (like double doors, or single doors to exit). Is there an elevator? The walls are a canvas type fabric on the inside wall and interior of the work space. I can't see inside of the panels, but these are very good quality cubicles and I believe them to be metal frames. You will have 2 weeks from the date of sale to have them removed. They are located on the ground floor, with easy exterior access. There are only single door exits. Depending on which exit you use, the truck could be very close to the exit door. 06/03/2026 09:25:13 AM

Payment

TAX CALCULATION: Sale Tax, where applicable, will be calculated and added at the end of the auction.
TAX EXEMPTION: Where taxes are applicable (see the Buyer's Certificate), Tax Exempt documents must be provided to Liquidity Services Bidder Services at taxhelp@liquidityservices.com within 24 hours of the auctions close and before payment is made. Bidders are encouraged to submit their Tax Exempt Documentation prior to the Auction's close to expedite this process. Removal
ONCE THE ITEM HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THE SELLER’S LOCATION; ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for the loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. Seller will not package or ship any item. Seller will not load any item on a freight carrier under any circumstance.
A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
