Removal

APPOINTMENTS ARE REQUIRED TO PICKUP ITEM(S)

To make an appointment, please call 501.688.1442 at least 24-hours in advance.

Potential buyers who do not make an appointment may be required to wait up to 1-2 business

days.

All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's

Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and

transportation of the property. No assistance will be provided.

A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed

and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.

Pickup times for auction items are 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. CST and 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. CST, Monday

through Friday - BY APPOINTMENT ONLY

Buyer's Certificate

Driver's License for person picking up item(s).

Authorization of Release Form. This form is required if you are having someone else pick up the item(s).

NOTE: If possible, please scan and email the documentation to procurement@lrwra.com. If you are not able to scan and

email the documentation, the person picking up the item(s) must provide it at time of pickup.

PRECAUTIONS TO PREVENT THE SPREAD OF COVID-19
