BOAT SHOWS SIGNS OF AGE, HEAVY USEAGE AND BEING STORED OUT IN THE ELEMENT.
BOAT FLOOR DOES HAVE SOFT SPOTS AND POSSIBLY WILL NEED A NEW GAS TANK. WHAT OTHER REPAIRS ARE REQUIRED IS UNKNOWN.
TRAILER IS ALSO IN NEED OF REPAIR AND CANNOT BE TOWED IN ITS CURRENT CONDITION. ALL TRAILER TIRES ARE FLAT. TIRES WILL NEED TO BE

3. 2007 LOAD RITE TRAILER SERIAL# 5A4KP3S26720040012 MODEL# 5S-22T4700TG1. (AS SHOWN IN PHOTOS ALL TRAILER TIRES ARE FLAT AND
WILL NEED TO BE REPAIRED OR REPLACED IN ORDER TO TOW IT). UNKNOWN WHAT OTHER REPAIRS ARE ALSO REQUIRED.
AUCTION WINNER WILL NEED TO BE ONSITE IN PERSON TO SIGN AT TIME OF PICK UP.
NO SHIPPING NO LOADING ASSISTANCE WILL BE PROVIDED NO THIRD PARTY SHIPPING OR THIRD PARTY PICK UPS.

THIS BOAT IS STORED IN A GATED LAW ENFORCEMENT FACILITY THERE WILL NO ADMITTANCE WITHOUT A PRE SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT.

Removal
REMOVAL INSTRUCTIONS
REMOVAL/PICK-UP TIMEFRAME:
Auction winners (“the buyer”) must remove all property within ten (10) business days from the date of payment. If any property is not retrieved within ten (10) business days of payment confirmation, auction winners forfeit refunds and other auction modifications. Failure to remove all won property promptly will result in the buyer being defaulted and blocked from future bidding. Once an asset has been removed, all sales are final, and refunds are prohibited.
APPOINTMENTS FOR REMOVAL/PICK-UP:
The buyer must coordinate pick-up appointments directly with the custodial agency (“the seller”) by contacting the Asset Contact listed in the auction under “Seller Information.”
Pick-up requests must be submitted to the Asset Contact via email. It is recommended that the email subject line include a notice of a pick-up appointment request and the inventory ID number, e.g., “GovDeals Pick-up Appointment Request for Inventory ID 123456.”
REQUIREMENTS FOR REMOVAL/PICK-UP:
The buyer must provide:
- A copy of the payment confirmation certificate/bill of sale;
- A valid driver's license or other government-issued identification with the same name and address as the buyer. Property will not be released if identification cannot be verified; and
- A signature and date on the payment confirmation certificate/bill of sale upon pick-up.
Pick-up Agent:
*If a pick-up agent (someone other than the buyer) is removing/picking up the property, please notify Asset Contact via email prior to pick-up, including the name of the pick-up agent. A valid driver's license or other government-issued identification with the same name and address of the buyer, and a valid driver's license or other government-issued identification of the pick-up agent must be presented.
The buyer is responsible for packing, loading, and removal of 100% of the property.
Special Instructions
All property is offered for sale “AS IS, WHERE IS.” The State of Maryland makes no warranty, guaranty, or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. The Bid Winner is not entitled to any payment for loss of profit or any other monetary damages – special, direct, indirect, or consequential.
Description Warranty: Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for incorrect description must be made PRIOR TO THE REMOVAL OF THE PROPERTY. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
