This is a forfeited vehicle, no maintenance records available. A salvage title and a Bill of Sale will be provided to the Buyer. Bidders will be responsible for checking with their state Department of Motor Vehicles to insure a salvage title and a bill of sale are sufficient for titling and registration purposes. The Buyer is responsible to Title the vehicle in their residing county / state.

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $25.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.

In such an event, the Township will not be responsible for any item(s) damaged by such removal.
If the buyer/bidder has not picked up their item(s) within 30 days after the sale date, the bidder shall be deemed to have ceded ownership to Braceville Township. Thereafter, the Township will dispose of the item(s) as the Township deems reasonable and retain any proceeds and/or payments there from.****
