PAYMENT

SALES TAX
When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.If you are seeking sales tax exemption, you must complete Liquidity Services’ tax exemption form(s). We recommend doing this prior to the auction’s closure or before making payment. To do so, please visit Liquidity Services' Tax Exemption Submission Tool.
Removal
Property may be removed between the hours of 9:00a.m. and 3:30p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays. If you are the winning bidder, contact the Seller PRIOR to arriving for instructions on pickup and removal, and to verify the location of the item to be picked up. All assets must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will Seller assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping.
Special Instructions
Items are sold as is, where is, and without warranty. It is the responsibility of the buyer to pickup, load, and transport. Payment in full is due not later than 10 business days from the time and date of the Buyer’s Certificate. Acceptable forms of payment are: Cash, Cashier’s Check, Certified Check, Money Order, Traveler’s Checks, Company Check (with Bank letter guaranteeing payment – mandatory). Money Orders shall be made payable to: Bulloch County Board of Education. Payments shall be made at the location listed in the Buyer’s Certificate. All unpaid items may be reposted.
