NOTICE: OPTIONS LISTED ARE NOT CORRECT from lab staff: "it does not have a dust suction system. Also, I don’t think it has the hydraulic over-the-wheel dresser as far as I can see. It only has a permanent magnet vise, not any of the 3 electromagnetic ones listed, and it will not be coming with a 55 Gallon Drum of Vactra #1. Finally, it only has the 5HP motor, not any of the 10HP options listed".

Removal
Property may be removed between 8:00 and 4:00 Monday through Friday ET (excluding University Staff holidays).
24 hours advanced notice must be provided.
All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate.
The building in which the unit is located has a fork lift for assistance in moving the unit to approved transportation. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading, and transportation of the property. Unless otherwise noted, no Assistance will be provided.
A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.

Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
