The Township of Ocean Sewerage Authority is offering for sale a 2016 Ford F-350 Super Duty 4x4 utility truck with 62,524 miles. The truck is equipped with a Stahl service/utility body and a 2016 BOSS straight-blade snowplow.
The vehicle was previously used by the Authority as a maintenance/service vehicle and for snow removal operations. It has been out of service for approximately one year due to a suspected head gasket leak.
Known Condition
The truck starts, runs, and drives. However, it was removed from service due to a suspected head gasket leak. The exact cause and extent of the suspected engine issue have not been confirmed, and prospective bidders should assume that diagnosis and repairs will be required.
The vehicle has been sitting out of service for approximately one year. Due to the length of time it has been sitting, the battery does not currently have sufficient charge to start the vehicle, and the truck requires a jump-start to operate.
The odometer currently displays 62,524 miles.
The vehicle is currently unregistered and may not be driven from the property. The successful bidder will be required to tow or otherwise transport the vehicle from the site.

Removal
Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for all loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate. Vehicle Titles will be issued at the time of removal.

Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
