The City of Hudson is liquidating surplus bricks that were removed during various street projects. These bricks are stored in a property at the north end of Hudson Ohio. The successful bidder is responsible for loading and transporting the bricks to their location. The successful bidder would need to take all the bricks. There is an estimated quantity of 15,000 plus bricks. The size of the bricks is as follows 8 ¾” X 3 12” X 4” and the brand is mainly two northeast Ohio companies, Metropolitan from Canton Ohio and Bessemer from Youngstown Ohio. The bricks would need removed from this location no later than 9/25/25. Any inquiries or questions regarding these items can be directed to the City of Hudson Public Works office at 330-342-1750

Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
